1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bcg33 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bcg33 and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

bcg33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on bcg33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorization from bcg33.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on bcg33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account details current.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of bcg33, or an immediate family member of any such person.

bcg33 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified through the KYC process.

3. Account Security & User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bcg33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party under any circumstances. bcg33 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

Any activity carried out under your account is deemed to have been authorized by you. bcg33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

bcg33 supports local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method chosen. bcg33 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Delays may occasionally occur due to additional verification requirements.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

bcg33 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are displayed at the time of each offer.
• Bonuses are available for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account or user.
• bcg33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bcg33 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Colluding with other players, using software bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other form of technical manipulation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions or betting limits.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial transactions, including depositing funds from criminal sources.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward other players or bcg33 staff via any channel, including live chat or email.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a deliberate and repeated manner to accrue winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay.

bcg33 uses advanced monitoring and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited behaviour. Users found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts immediately terminated and all associated funds permanently forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bcg33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of bcg33 or its licensed third-party partners. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of bcg33 is strictly prohibited.

bcg33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcg33 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform.

bcg33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause service interruptions. bcg33 will not be held liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

9. Responsible Gaming & Age Restriction
